You can register to speak at the meeting or send in additional comments. Cutoff is 4:30 PM on Tuesday. Please encourage your friends and family who have not sent in their comments to do so. At the bottom of this note is the info taken from the Middlesex Centre Website on sending in comments, registering to speak and YouTube link to view the meeting.

Our story made the London Free Press: LFP Article (click) Only Councillor Cates has declared a "No" position on the recommendation. We do not know how the rest of the Council is planning to vote. One of the Save The Park committee members is trying to arrange an onsite visit with members of council to impress upon them the impact on the park. Thank you for all your support in trying to get this business venture to be built on another site.The Save The Park Committee "You can build it here, but not there!"

A special meeting on this proposal will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 6:00 pm (virtual meeting).
At this meeting Council will consider declaring the Komoka Community Centre as Surplus Property. Please see the meeting agenda (click) for more information.

If you wish to provide written comments on this proposal to be considered as part of the public meeting on May 4, 2022, submit them to Office of the Clerk (click) no later than 4:30 pm on Tuesday, May 3.
- Your written comments must include your name and address. Note this information may be made public.
- Comments should be addressed to “Mayor and Council” or “Members of Council.” Please keep your comments civil, with no obscenities or vulgarities.
- If you previously submitted comments on this issue, your comments remain part of the record (from both the April 6 and April 27 council meetings). There is no need to resubmit your comments unless you have new information to share.
If you wish to speak at the public meeting on May 4, 2022, please register no later than 4:30 pm on Tuesday, May 3. You will have 10 minutes to make your remarks.
